La Hacienda del Herrador was built in the late 40's in the magnificent andalusian style.
Very well located, 2 minutes away from the school and 100 m away from the beach.
Close to the bus stop.
Close to the city centre, 12 min away by bus.
Located in a friendly, warm, safe, sunny and independent environment, in the heart of Pedregalejo, the international student's quarter.
HdH offers a truly comfortable option. You can rest in your room and mix with people from around the world in the kitchen or lounge. The house has a big porch used as a terrace, private balconies, solarium and gardens filled with palms and mandarin trees. The house is split into 9 bedrooms, 1 single, 6 double and 2 triple. Every student has a single bed, night table, desk and wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, 3 refrigerators, microwave, crockery and utensils. Laundry facilities and student lounge are available.
HdH is an excellent value for money lodging with self-catering facilities; the student can walk to the supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop and restaurants. HdH is what any student is looking for.

Conditions
  • Administration and search of accommodation > 25 EUR pp
  • Accommodation without participation in classes +90 EUR/ week and +25 EUR for the administration costs.
  • Students living in shared apartments will have to bring their own bed sheets and towels. However, sheets can be bought at school for an additional 25 EUR.
  • Students will be responsible for cleaning the apartments. However, the school provides cleaning services for the common parts of the apartments once a week.
  • Students living with a family are required to clean their rooms.
  • Students have the opportunity to do their laundry once a week when living in family. Each apartment has a washing machine.
  • Note that the houses in Málaga do not have central heating. The students can rent an electric heater for 3 EUR per night.
  • Entrance to the accommodation is allowed after 12.00 noon on Sundays and the accommodation has to be left no later than 12.00 noon on the last Saturday of the stay.
  • It is strictly forbidden to have animals in the accommodation.
  • The price includes costs for water, gas and electricity. It does not include heating.
  • Students living in shared apartments or private apartments have to take out the garbage every day.
  • Students who are accommodated in shared apartments are required to pay a deposit of 80 EUR for the keys and also as a guarantee that you will leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it.
  • The change of accommodation once the course started costs 130 EUR.
  • Change of school costs 130 EUR.
  • It is strictly forbidden to have any parties or festivities that could disturb other tenants or neighbours.
ATTENTION!
The students who booked accommodation in a shared apartment, and who will arrive at the school on a Saturday or a Sunday after 00:30, are strongly recommended to reserve the pick-up service.
The pick-up service will take the student directly from the airport to the accommodation.
If not, we cannot guarantee that the student can enter the accommodation on that day and the student will have to arrange his own accommodation for that night.
